New York University - Langone Medical Center contracted JSM to perform Demolition and Interior Renovation of the 1st Floor & Cellar at 555 LaGuardia Place. Demolition & Construction were performed with strict / delicate COVID guidelines in 2021. Specific Notes regarding this project include the following:

- New Elevator including Masonry Shaft & Pit.

- Demolition of Old Stairwell requiring Means & Methods Drawings.

- MEP Equipment throughout including New RTU and Mitsubishi ACCUs.

- New Ejector Pumps

- Replacement, Fabrication and Installation of New Storefront

- Millwork at MA Stations, Soiled Utility, Phlebotomy, and Reception Areas.

- Article 28 Approved.
