EF International Academy contracted JSM to perform Demolition and Interior Renovation for the Ursula, Gaines and St. Johns dorm buildings.

- New MEP Infrastructure for each building.

- Renovated dorm rooms, student bathrooms and showers.

- New student study labs, conference center and lounges.
